PERFORMERS

Applications to perform at the 2010 festival closed on 30th April. We will be presenting a slightly smaller programme this year in an effort to reduce the pressure on venues, technical staff, timeslots, etc. We receive a large number of applications and are not able to provide everyone with a chance to perform on the main stage, although there will be opportunities to perform at a blackboard concert or other venue in the town and of course everyone is welcome to join in the sessions. Applicants will be notified sometime in June whether we have been able to fit them into the program.

VOLUNTEERS
One of the best parts of a folk festival is involvement. By volunteering, you will make new friends and obtain great satisfaction from ensuring everyone has an enjoyable and memorable time at the Festival. We aim to attract stalls that will provide Festival patrons with an enticing selection of craft and merchandise and good food. We favour towards an all Australian handcrafted and homemade specialist goods and stalls that are bright and festive with a clean appearance and of interest. Preference will be given to local stallholders.
